OUR MISSION: "TO PROVIDE QUALITY INTREGRATED HEALTH CARE AND TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING."

IFHS has implemented a new policy to help to keep our community safe as we are all implementing social distancing strategies.
The goal is for as few patients as possible to visit the clinic in person.

ALL PATIENTS ARE TO CALL THE CLINIC AT 581-1202 BEFORE COMING IN.

A health care provider will call you to determine the best way to meet your needs, whether it is through an in-person visit or through a telephone-based visit.
Symptoms of COVID-19?
In alignment with most recent City of Unalaska Resolution, all individuals coming in to Unalaska must observe a 10 day self-quarantine or a 7 day self-quarantine with a negative PCR test on day 6 or 7.

During the self quarantine period or for any individual with possible COVID-19 symptoms:
  • Monitor yourself for symptoms twice daily
  • If you develop symptoms, telephone the local IFHS clinic at (907)581-1202 prior to coming in
  • Tell the health care provider if you have any of these symptoms of COVID-19
    • Fever of 100.4° F or greater (38° C)
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath
    • Or any two of the following:  chills, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, muscle/joint aches, sweating, nausea, runny nose, sore throat, or increased sputum production
  • Our local clinic has point of care testing for COVID-19 available for patients with qualifying symptoms
